About this role
A Registered Nurse position within Mercy Fort Smith’s Med Surg Service Line, which comprises eight specialty units caring for patients preparing for or recovering from a range of medical and surgical interventions. Nurses are assigned a dedicated home unit with opportunities for cross‑training across specialties to gain exposure to diverse patient conditions and procedures. The role welcomes both new graduates launching their nursing careers and experienced RNs seeking variety and professional growth.
