About this role

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Navigator – Oncology to guide patients through every step of their care journey. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advocate, coordinating care across the continuum while supporting patients and families with education, resources, and personalized care planning. You will partner closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and community resources to ensure seamless, high-quality cancer care—helping patients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout treatment and beyond.
