RN Navigator for the Oncology Thoracic Surgery service line who identifies patients with lung nodules from low-dose CT screening and coordinates their initial and follow-up care. The role facilitates referrals, supports uninsured/underinsured patients, and works closely with providers to ensure timely consults and treatments across the continuum of care.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Accredited School Of Nursing (or education equivalency for licensing)

- Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration or RN Issued by Compact State
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Oklahoma Board Of Nursing or RN Issued by Compact State
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Wisconsin Department Of Safety And Professional Services or RN Issued by Compact State
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
