The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care on a 70‑bed Observation Unit, supporting patients who require extended diagnostic or therapeutic services beyond the emergency department. Working the night shift (7:00 pm‑7:30 am) on a full‑time schedule, the RN collaborates with PCAs, the interdisciplinary team, and physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while utilizing self‑scheduling tools and receiving night and weekend shift differentials.
