About this role
Sentara is hiring Registered Nurses for a new Centralized Virtual Acute Care Department at Sentara Independence in Virginia Beach, VA. This on-site role provides inpatient support using HIPAA-compliant audio-visual technology from a virtual care hub to enhance patient communication and collaboration with bedside teams. The full-time position involves 3–12 hour shifts (9a–9p or 11a–11p) with every-other-weekend availability and requires active RN licensure and recent acute care experience.
