About this role

The Registered Nurse - Operating Room provides comprehensive perioperative nursing care, responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. The role directs, delegates, and coordinates nursing activities of LPNs, CNAs, and unit staff and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes. The nurse practices in accordance with professional standards, hospital policies, and unit-specific requirements.
