Registered Nurse-PACU

This role is for a Registered Nurse on Kaweah Health's Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team, responsible for protecting and promoting patient health through nursing diagnosis, treatment, and advocacy. The position requires overseeing interdisciplinary healthcare teams, managing patient care quality, and handling staffing logistics while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and safety regulations. Team leaders on the unit also mentor staff, coordinate care during high-risk situations, and maintain operational readiness by managing equipment and supplies.
