About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) 2 provides assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for population-specific patients across the lifespan, handling simple to complex, multi-system issues in a safe and therapeutic environment. The role engages in caring relationships with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team, uses clinical judgment to deliver nursing and medical interventions, and reports to the Director or Nurse Manager. The position may include supervising Licensed Nursing Assistants and serving as a resource or preceptor for staff.
