Registered Nurse – Psychiatric Emergency Program (PEP)

The Registered Nurse on the Psychiatric Emergency Program (PEP) provides care for patients experiencing acute and chronic psychiatric disorders, including de‑escalation and crisis management, while creating a therapeutic environment for patients and families. The role involves collaborating with providers, participating in goal setting and care planning, and may include cross‑training on the Pathways unit.
