A Staff Nurse (Registered Nurse) in the Renal department provides professional nursing care and direct patient management across the health care continuum, adhering to Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing standards. The role is accountable for patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care, and for achieving clinical, educational, quality and fiscal outcomes in accordance with agency policies and the nursing department's model of care. This is a part-time (24 hours, day shift) clinical position.
