About this role
A New Graduate Registered Nurse position at Baystate Noble Hospital supporting the 31-bed inpatient acute care unit through an accredited Nurse Residency Program. The role is designed for newly licensed RNs to transition into clinical practice with structured onboarding, dedicated preceptors, and ongoing professional support. The position is night-shift based (36 hours, 7p-7:30a) and sign-on bonus eligible for external hires.
