Registered Nurse - Right Choice/Internal Resource Pool (PRN)

Great River Health’s Right Choice Internal Resource Pool (IRP) is a flexible staffing program for Registered Nurses that offers local nurses the ability to pick schedules and float across facilities, and offers travel assignments to nurses living farther away. The program supports intermittent work or longer travel assignments across Great River Health hospitals and long-term care facilities. It is designed to increase staffing flexibility while maintaining patient care across the health system.
