About this role
A Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) providing home-based post-acute nursing care to patients in the New Albany area as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team. The role supports patient recovery and continuity of care, works autonomously in the field, and includes a guaranteed base salary, uncapped bonus opportunities, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule is primarily M–F with evening/weekend on-call requirements.
