The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct resident care and is responsible for medication administration and clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and Extendicare standards. The role reports to the Director of Health and Wellness/Director of Care and supports resident care planning, transfers, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
