Registered Nurse (RN) Community Based

The Registered Nurse will provide culturally safe primary care services to Indigenous patients and families within the Mamaway Wiidokdaadwin Indigenous Interprofessional Primary Care Team. The role involves performing health assessments, immunizations, managing chronic illnesses, and delivering health education, all within an Indigenous-led organizational framework focused on self-determination and community wellness.
