Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Stepdown Unit - PVSU (Progressive Ventilator Stepdown Unit) in Norfolk, VA. This full-time role operates on the Third (Nights) shift with a 36-hour workweek and offers up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. The facility welcomes new graduate RNs and provides an 11-week Transition to Practice program followed by a comprehensive six-month residency to support the transition to practice.
