The Registered Nurse Specialty at Wellstar delivers and coordinates safe, patient-centered nursing care across the care continuum under the direction of the Office Manager and/or Physician. The role implements the nursing process with attention to age-appropriate and culturally aware needs and independently performs complex clinical functions. This position supports professional development, participates in evidence-based practice, and helps plan and improve protocols to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
