About this role
A Registered Nurse (RN) providing home-based skilled nursing care to post-acute patients within Butler and Hamilton Counties. The role supports patient recovery and family education as part of an interdisciplinary home health team. The position is scheduled 3 days/week (2:00pm–9:00pm) with a monthly on-call requirement.
