Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool supporting the Emergency Department on night shifts (Monday‑Friday, every other weekend, 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.). The RN will provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and serve as a clinical resource and mentor to the healthcare team while delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care.
