Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool

The Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool provides flexible, skilled nursing care across multiple units within High Point Medical Center, adapting to different patient populations and clinical environments to maintain safe patient care. This role involves coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making to ensure a safe patient environment and optimal patient experience. The position requires a North Carolina RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and preferred 2 years of RN experience.
