The Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool rotates among various inpatient units to support nursing care across the campus based on organizational needs and validated competencies. This role involves providing patient-centered care, coordinating interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring quality improvement and patient safety within a rehabilitation setting. Float pool nurses receive a 10% increase above their base rate and are deployed across applicable clinical areas without a fixed home unit for scheduling.
