A Registered Nurse Acute Care Float Pool member provides high-quality, compassionate patient care across various hospital units such as ICU, emergency, and pediatrics. This role requires adaptability to quickly integrate into different teams, cover staffing shortages due to absences or high census, and manage dynamic clinical environments. Nurses in this position must collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care across multiple hospital units
Assess and evaluate patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams
Administer medications and treatments safely according to protocols
Monitor patient progress and update medical records accurately
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate clinical interventions
