A General Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse at University Medical Center Phoenix provides nursing care for patients recovering from surgery, stable cardiac conditions, respiratory illnesses requiring non-invasive ventilation, or transitioning from the ICU. This part-time night-shift role (2x12s, 7pm-7:30am) includes 1:4 ratios, shift differentials, and opportunities for clinical ladder advancement and self-scheduling.
