Otterbein Home Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients from admission through discharge in the greater Lebanon, Ohio area. The role serves as a case manager developing individualized home health plans of care in alignment with physician orders and regulatory requirements. This is PRN weekend coverage with local travel to patients’ homes.
