Registered Nurse for hospice care providing in-home nursing services and symptom management under the direction of the medical director or attending physician. The role supports continuity of care through patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and chart review, with shifts that include in-home visits and some remote after-hours work. Schedule includes 7 days on/7 days off and early morning M-F availability.
