About this role
BAYADA Hospice is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide palliative and hospice care to clients in the St. Johnsbury to Bradford, VT area, covering Windsor and Orange counties in VT and Grafton County in NH. The RN will perform home visits as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering medication administration, wound care, comfort measures, assessments, and documentation. The role requires travel to client homes, occasional on-call/weekend availability, and use of electronic medical records.
