About this role
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Home Care hospice program serving patients across Central and Southern Illinois. The role provides individualized nursing care in patients’ homes as part of an interdisciplinary care team supporting patients and families throughout the hospice journey. This is a full-time position based out of St. Anthony’s Hospital in Springfield, IL with an on-call rotation.
