About this role
The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides total, comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered nursing care for an assigned group of patients, accountable for the full nursing process. The role collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to improve quality of care by incorporating evidence-based practices and participating in performance improvement. The nurse also supports staff orientation, unit operations, and acts as a clinical resource on policies and procedures.
