Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will provide individualized, direct bedside care to critically ill patients, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and utilize clinical judgment to lead care delivery. The role involves monitoring and managing patients requiring advanced cardiac, neuro, or hemodynamic support, developing patient care plans using evidence-based practice, and supervising healthcare team members. You will participate in hourly rounding and maintain a safe, patient-centered environment while taking charge responsibilities when needed.
