About this role
The Clinical Nurse II functions as the leader of the Care Delivery Team, directing nursing care for a team of patients and demonstrating clinical competency and nursing leadership. This is the competent staff nurse level (second step on the Mercy Clinical Ladder) responsible for independent assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs and precepting new employees as assigned.
