About this role
The Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in a hospital stepdown/unit using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions. The RN coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, delivers patient and family education, and supports physiologic and psychosocial stability across the adult lifespan.
