Clinical Nurse II (competent staff nurse) responsible for caring for a group of complex patients requiring initial assessment and ongoing monitoring. This night-shift role is part of the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Mercy Health and represents the second step of the clinical ladder. The position involves working 36 scheduled hours weekly with every-other-weekend coverage and eligibility for a sign-on bonus.
