The RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum, delivering compassionate and safe care within the scope defined by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and ThedaCare policy. The role collaborates with interprofessional teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes and supports professional nursing practice by promoting innovation and ongoing development. The position is based at ThedaCare Medical Center - Waupaca and includes night shift and weekend/holiday rotations.

Qualifications
- Wisconsin RN Licensure
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
- ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- ALSO (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics)
