About this role
The RN Clinical Nurse delivers patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum using an interprofessional approach. The role is accountable for providing compassionate, safe care in accordance with the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and ThedaCare policies. This position is based on a 37-bed Med/Surg stepdown unit at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center — Neenah, serving a diverse acute inpatient population including cardiac, pulmonary, renal, oncology, neurological, and infectious disease patients.
