About this role

A Registered Nurse I at Rochester General Hospital is an entry-level bedside nurse on the Medical Step Down Unit providing care for patients who require monitoring above a general medical/surgical floor but not ICU-level care. This night-shift position (36 hours/week) is onsite in Rochester, NY and works closely with an interdisciplinary team including respiratory therapists, social workers, pharmacists, and providers. Required credentials include New York State RN licensure and BLS certification, with a diploma or associate degree in nursing required and a BSN preferred.
