The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative, patient-centered environment on the Bliss 11 Step Down unit, providing care to patients with complex, highly acute medical issues such as respiratory failure, sepsis, and pulmonary hypertension. The role involves utilizing evidence-based practices and the nursing process to develop comprehensive care plans under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Critical Care Pulmonologist.
