Registered Nurse (RN) - Medicine StepDown

The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative, patient-centered environment on the Bliss 11 Step Down unit, providing care to patients with complex, highly acute medical issues such as respiratory failure, sepsis, and pulmonary hypertension. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager and Critical Care Pulmonologist, the nurse utilizes evidence-based practices to develop comprehensive care plans addressing the physical, emotional, and cultural needs of patients and their families. This role is part of a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team dedicated to developing highly skilled medical professionals while maintaining a strong culture of safety and innovation.
