About this role
The New Nurse Experience (NNE) at Banner Health is a full-time RN residency for recent nursing graduates designed to transition them into competent professional nurses. This opening is for placement in the Trauma-Neuro ICU at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ and includes structured education, simulation training, and mentorship. The program expects new grads to remain on the unit for at least 12 months and primarily work 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday rotations.
