Registered Nurse (RN) - New Grads

This position offers a paid Nurse Residency Program designed for new graduate nurses to transition from classroom to acute care settings through a structured 10-12 week training and 9-month clinical preceptorship. The program provides intensive education in Medical Surgical and Intensive Care Unit settings, including didactic, simulation, and hands-on training. Participants will work with trained preceptors and complete evidence-based projects to build clinical skills and confidence.
