Registered Nurse (RN) - New Grads

This position offers a paid Nurse Residency Program designed for new graduates to transition from the classroom to an acute care setting through a comprehensive 10-12 week training program followed by a 9-month clinical preceptorship. The role provides intensive didactic, simulation, and hands-on training in Medical Surgical and Intensive Care Unit settings to build clinical skills and confidence. Participants will engage in monthly seminars, formal leadership reviews, and complete an evidence-based capstone project.
