The New Nurse Experience (NNE) at Banner Health is a full-time New Graduate Registered Nurse Residency that helps new nursing graduates transition into fully competent professional nurses through mentored clinical placements, simulation training, and structured learning. Residents are placed into specific clinical units (here, a 36-bed Neuro Progressive Care Unit in Phoenix) and participate in a comprehensive 12-month training experience with professional development and benefits. The program includes orientation to Cerner, hands-on patient care labs, and preceptor-guided clinical experiences.
