About this role
The role is a full-time New Graduate RN Residency position within Banner Health’s Progressive Care Unit in Mesa, AZ, designed to transition new nursing graduates into competent professional nurses. The program places candidates on clinical units with mentorship, simulation training, competency assessments, and career development opportunities. New grads are expected to primarily work night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am) and participate in a structured 12-month learning experience.
