About this role
The New Nurse Experience (NNE) is a full-time Registered Nurse residency program at Banner Health in Phoenix designed to help recent nursing graduates transition to competent professional nurses. Participants are placed into specific units (such as the 3D Progressive Care Unit) and receive clinical mentoring, simulation training, competency assessment, and orientation to the Cerner electronic health record. The program includes benefits and shift differentials and expects participants to remain on their assigned NNE unit for at least 12 months.
