About this role
The New Graduate RN Residency Program at Banner Health is a full-time Registered Nurse role based in Mesa, Arizona (Progressive Care Unit). The accredited residency provides clinical mentorship, simulation training, Cerner EMR orientation, and career development to transition new graduates into competent professional nurses. Candidates are expected to remain on the NNE unit for at least 12 months; typical scheduling is three 12-hour day shifts with weekend and holiday rotations.
