Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift provides after-hours nursing assessments, telephone triage, clinical guidance, and in-person care to hospice patients and their families. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the RN exercises independent clinical judgment to assess patient needs, respond to changes in condition, manage symptoms, and determine when additional clinical intervention or an in-person visit is needed. The role involves maintaining continuity of care after regular business hours by supporting patient comfort, assisting caregivers, and communicating important updates to the day team.
