Registered Nurse position in the Observation Unit at Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, providing nursing care for short-term monitored and unmonitored patients while disposition decisions are made. The 60-bed unit is fast-paced and manages a high volume of patients transferred from the Emergency Department. This is a full-time day-shift role with a weekend differential when applicable. Banner Estrella is a Magnet-designated acute care hospital with an emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration.
