About this role
A CN II at Mercy Health is responsible for caring for complex patients through ongoing assessment and monitoring. This role demonstrates clinical competency, coordinates nursing care, and reflects independent assessment and evaluation of the patient’s needs. The nurse will also precept new employees and demonstrate competencies in essential equipment use.

Qualifications
- Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing
