About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Lexington and surrounding areas, educating patients and families and ensuring compliance with physician orders and legal regulations. The RN is responsible for timely, accurate clinical documentation and maintaining an active state RN license. The role requires travel to patient locations and participation in on-call, weekend, and occasional evening rotations.
