About this role

The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in the Definitive Observation Units across Scripps Mercy San Diego and Chula Vista campuses, floating to various units such as DOU, PCU, Stepdown, and MS/Tele/Trauma as needed. This part‑time role offers a 48‑hour bi‑weekly schedule with 12‑hour day shifts and includes eligibility for new hire incentives.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in observation units
Float to DOU, PCU, Stepdown, and MS/Tele/Trauma units
Evaluate patient progress and implement care plans
