About this role
The Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in a stepdown/progressive care unit, managing patients with acute or complex conditions. The RN conducts assessments, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and delivers patient and family education. The role supports physiologic and psychosocial stability across the adult and geriatric lifespan and acts as a patient advocate within the hospital.
